REMOTE WATCH
Remote Watch allows you, your Thermo King Dealer and the Thermo King Service Team to access the reefer unit’s control system from anywhere in the world – all you need is a device with a USB port and internet or data connection.
Thanks to Remote Watch, normal operation set up - such as changing set point and other operating parameters - as well as troubleshooting can now be done remotely, saving time and labor costs.
Remote Watch is fitted as standard on T-560R and helps minimize down-time by allowing TK Service Team to access the unit data log up to 2 weeks’ operation, clear alarms and change the unit’s settings.

Terms of the Thermo King Warranty are available on request. The unit and its components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship from date in service according to the terms (in months) as specified in the Thermo King Warranty. Manufacturer is not responsible and will not be held liable in contract or tort (including strict liability and negligence) for any special, indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to injury or damage caused to vehicles, contents or persons, by reason of the installation or use of any Thermo King product or its mechanical failure.
